This is the title of an absolutely horrific story about the devastation of Tasmanian rainforest in the Sunday Times magazine today. Makes me want to murder someone! Buy the paper and be appalled.

Chris - yep, I read it too and found it deeply depressing. You don't expect to find 3rd World levels of corruption in Tasmania! I can't find a link to the article, but here is an old one which gives the gist of what is going on, since when it's got much worse.

Er Chris,

Just managed to pry yesterday's Sunday Times Mag away from my wife (it's the only bit she reads!) but there's nothing in mine about Tasmanian rainforests. Just a 5 page suck-up article on David Cameron and the day in the life of a fat bird who runs a bra shop!

Sure you're not a closet Sunday Telegraph reader? :lol:
