I read somewhere Edmonds refused to pay the BBC licence fee,( said the service was not good enough)
and the BBC don't think its worth the bad publicity to chase him up.
So as fas i know he and other celebs don't pay it.
Be nice to know if it's true :x

That's just the sort of folks we want in charge then is'nt it eh' we HAVE to obey the law, but they are excused it because of the inconvenience of chasing them up on their shortcomings, seems like we are back where we started here.

I wonder if the bbc were asked under the freedom of information act,
if they would comfirm/deny who does not pay the fee?
The bbc have been warned to be on their toes, they could be next for the expenses check :)

After what she's done to help the Ghurka's
i vote Joanna Lumley for P.M. :D ,
but Mrs. Woodmagnet opt's for Jeremy Kyle.

What motivates someone to be an MP, certainly cannot be job security??? ( not expenses anymore)

At the time the Licencing authority confirmed that Mr Edmonds had paid his Licence fee and it wasn't due for renewal for some time (at least 6 months I believe) so it appears he was bending the truth somewhat...

... so he really has all the qualifications for parliament!
