Apparently, it's a very popular place for hollywood. A couple of the hotels their frequently have rock stars/actors staying, and many famous films have been shot there which wasn't unsurpising when you see some of the lakes and mountains.

Also, the Canadian people are very friendly and accomodating, espeically to the British, which is nice.
