Imagine you're walking past that every day but the Dog's never out when you walk past. You'd be thinking 'WTF'. Then after weeks of walking past thinking that and then one day and the dog's there. It would be like the whole world made sense.

I think they're all great. Don't see much (any actually) of that sort of thing round here - Swiss people can be very nice but are not noted for their sense of humour - well not a QUICK sense of humour anyway.

They are all great and I too would wonder what the hell the last one was until the pooch showed up!

The French aren't renouned for their humour, unless you count in the politicians? But there's an abbey not far from here with a really nice pottager, veg garden area. Fenced off and with a sign on the gate



I suppose it's just a different take on 'turn the other cheek'?
