wooden flowers!!!

Yes it sounds weird, but somebody offered me in the shop wooden flowers, and they look absolutely perfect, almost like the real thing.

Will make some pictures of them and post them next week

Was just wondering if anybody else has ever seen them or heard of them

A French turner by the name of Alain Mailland makes teh most amazing wooden flowers I have ever seen - see here for an example

His website is at www.mailland.fr - it is well worth a look, as his turnings are very unusual indeed.
