I would like to offer training in the safe use of Spindle Moulding machines. These machines are very versatile and can be purchased in high street tool outlets. The SM can be a very dangerous machine to use, IMHO training is essential for safe operation.
I have my own joinery shop and have worked in a machine environment for 35 years, during which time i have taught apprentices and also trainees at the local college.
I am aware of the limitations of lightweight machines and the extra care needed when using these.
Curved work and the use of sacrificial fences and jigs are also areas of interest.
I can advise on all tooling for use on the moulder.
Am happy to travel , i am in Kent, and offer individual or small group tuition. Will teach and show you how to use the moulder safely, effectively and correctly.
