SIP biscuit jointer?

Hi all. Just a quick one really.

Been offered a SIP biscuit jointer cheap. I'm presuming there are pretty cheap rubish yes?

Worth having for £20 or just a waste?

Have had several bits of kit from sip and they have lasted for years.

Hi Mark , I had a SIP biscuit jointer for a while and had no problems with it whatsoever. The only reason I got shot of it was because a local tool supply place was selling a bosch one on clearance for £75,I have to say I did notice a major difference but for £20 you wont be disapointed. P.

I have one as a second biscuit jointer. Not a great bit of kit but worth £20 if you don't have one. I find that you have to really lock down the fences and check everything is bang on square, then lock down the fences some more and it's fine if you are careful.
