I purchased two 1800x500 White Towel radiators back in November 2013 from Trade Radiators online.

There is a problem with the paintwork on one of them so emailed them yesterday (Sunday) with photographs. Received acknowledgment this morning to say they were looking into the issue.

Another email 7pm this evening advising me that a new radiator will be delivered tomorrow (tracked)

That beats any service I have ever had from any company.
