On/off switch on my 13 month old Fox lathe stopped working last Friday evening, sent e-mail to poolewood who asked for original invoice number, unfortunately this had been shredded, no problem, they sent me a copy of their copy and passed on the info to the Fox people, the replacement switch arrived this morning, fitted and working in 10 minutes.
