Roma stock feeder

I have a lead on a secondhand Roma stock feeder. A rather small three wheel two speed variety. The entire pillar hinges back and forth and is spring loades as there is no independent pressure springs on the roller shafts.

Would it be worth buying or should I look for something better?
I intend to use it on my Jonsered FM-C spindle moulder. I have rebuilt quite a few old machines often making my own spareparts so lack of aftermarket support is no problem.

I was told elsewhere that Roma was a reputable brand back in it's days and I bought the feeder. It is a Roma 130.
