rexon scroll saw 7831-2 parts

I have an Rexon 15" Model 7831-2 scroll saw without any blade clips (if that is what they are called). I would like to obtain these blade holders, so I can put this scroll saw back into action. I obtained it from an elderly gentleman that has no more use for it. Thank you. Scott
