Hello,

I just got a used Titan scroll saw. Everything works fine except the fact that the blade is tilted left-right 3-4 milimeters. This makes it very hard to cut with.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Adrian

Hi Adrian. Set the table perpendicular to the blade and adjust the pointed indicator to the 0 degree setting on the table adjuster gauge/locking part.

Hello Adrian
Can you post some pictures showing the issues
Definitely set the table to zero but if blade run out left/right then possible arm or pivot issues.
I'm having to guess with lack of info
Put a piece of masking tape on the table and mark the blade alignment.
Now manually crank the arm if possible to visually see how much movement is occurring.
I refurbish and sell Hegners but this is one of my checks.
As you can see its a thorough rebuild and cheaper than buying a new one

Finally got time to do some checking.
I set the table to 0 degrees. The left-right movement seems to be very small. In the last photo you can see the angle.
