b&q have a laminate cutter for about £60. Has anyone any experience of this machine. Cannot see it out of the box. Claims to enable mitre cuts. Just a bit wary.
 
If you've already got a SCMS or table saw then a 60 or 80 tooth blade, negative rake, triple-chip profile, will cost about the same, possibly less.

Far more versatile, in my opinion.
 
Not used the B&Q, but I have used American guillotine laminate shears a few times to lay laminate floors (assume that's what you're talking about). Laminate knocks the edges off TCT blades double quick whilst a guillotine cutter is generally resharpenable and makes a lot less mess and dust than a saw - important if working in residential or already occupied spaces.
