Hello everyone, I am new to this site but an old hand at woodwork having been practicing it for twenty odd years. Showing my age now. Nice to have another site to meet fellows of the hobby/trade and bounce around ideas, questions, hints and tips.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I usually make furniture but will have a go at most things in wood DaveL. As for the twenty odd years I wish it was one year old I started, ha ha. Bit longer in the tooth than that I am afraid. It is a hobby for me although I have often thought about using it as a profession. I sell most of the work I do and strangely enough have none of my own work myself. Too busy I guess. Oh I do have my new workshop which is still under construction though.
