Engie gas supplier any info?

I have not had any reply to my correspondence with Engie gas supplier and I cannot log in to my account.

Anyone know anything please?

(yesterday someone called to read the gas meter, and thinking back I am sure he said he was from Npower but I was not alert and let them read the meter)

Your meter's been read, I expect they'll contact you quickly enough.

I logged into my account just a few minutes ago as I'd had an email telling me there was a message for me.
No signs of anything unusual going on, and I think (hope) they're big enough not to be affected by the shenanigans going on with the smaller "challenger" suppliers.

Thanks for all replies, it appears all is well, Engie does not work well with internet explorer it seems and worked OK with Chrome.
