I've got half a dozen of those, but at that price I'll be getting a couple more - if only for the two batteries that come with each.

Batteries are 50 quid each if you buy them on their own!

That's all well and good for site work, I'll grant you, but for DIYer's, you can get the same at Aldi for £25.00 admittedly it won't last too long with day in day out use but for home use and and at 14v, it's blinking good value. I've had my 4 for3 years now and the batteries STILL hold their charge okay, I'll concede that I use a De walt for driving in screws, but for drilling into timber, they are just fine.

I saw an AEG in B&Q for £69

With case, two batteries and Charger. I thinks is the best Value for money you will find. will last for ever

Aren't Screwfix doing the same DW cordless with a DW SDS drill for £59? An even better deal.

I think that deal is for a standard 13mm chuck percussion drill with a smaller, 10mm chuck cordless with 1.3ah batts. Still a good deal though, shame I don't do yellow tools!! :lol:
