Bosch warranty

Just bought a new bosch jigsaw and went on their site to register for the 3 year warranty ,went to print it out and it`s all encoded ,is that correct ,anyone know please.If not what format do i use to print it out .Bit thick with anything but basic computing so any help gratefully accepted.

Hi there,

methinks that your printer is a PCL type (like a Inkjet) and the doc generated by Bosch is assuming a PostScript so it prints out seemingly garble.

You must ensure the two drivers are the same otherwise this prob will not go away.

Check your drivers and check if you can install a PS (PostScript) driver for your printer.

Could be wrong here but.......

Rod, I had no problems a few weeks back when I registered an item. printed it out perfectly.

Incidently, I had occaision to use their warrenty service the otherday. FABULOUS. I phoned them on tuesday, item collected on wednesday, new one arrived Friday. I wish to god they were all like that!
