Sorry, I haven't been posting much of my stuff for a while. Mainly importing bespoke handmade kitchens from the UK to France (logistical nightmare) but I do manage to make a few pieces in the workshop from time to time!

Here's a couple of bookcases that I knocked up for a customer that bought a kitchen from me (Just had to get back into the workshop to let off some steam) Took me longer than expected but enjoyed every minute!

Cheers

Russ

Those pieces look fantastic! What materials did you use?

Thank you Lewis. Base, doors, drawers and face frames are all in beech and the rest is mdf...

Cool :), they look really cleanly put together. Next time you build something itd be great to see some pics of the various stages of the project.

What are they finished with? Are they sprayed?

Mick

I usually spray unless the customer requests a brushed finish. These are sprayed in a lacquer using a Fuji Q4... Which gives a nice finish but must admit I preferred the Q3 setup as the gun was better....
