Bandsaw tyre replacement.

I gave my son-in-law an Elu bandsaw which is the same as the DeWalt 738. He is having trouble with blade slippage and the rubber tyres on the bandwheels appear to be worn. I have not seen the saw as he lives some distance away. I have advised him to try cleaning off any resin etc. with white spirit to see if that helps but it sounds like the tyres need replacing. I have looked on the DeWalt website for the relevant part but the tyres are not listed as a spare. Do any of the members know where he could get the tyres replaced before he approaches his nearest DeWalt dealership?

Thank you for your reply. I have given him links to a couple of places including Solent Tools so hopefully he will manage to sort out his saw.
