The purpose of my thread is not to discourage people from using Axminster it is to encourage Axminster to do something about the frustration of searching their website. As an example I paid £1.50 over the going rate for the dominoes once found as I want a firm like Axminster to survive

The problem was that you searched for 'cutting disk' whereas you should have known that you have to search for 'cutting disc' :roll:
Any remotely decent search engine ought to be aware of alternative spellings such as disk/disc, arbor/arbour etc

A good example of alternative spellings, Sainsburys online groceries, when I want toilet paper I type in bog roll and straight away it lists all the toilet papers! I only typed it for a laugh originally when looking for the item and was surprised when it found it!
