Has anyone any advice on how I can fit a standard vacuum size pipe (I think 35mm) to a 65mm extraction port? I have asked Axminster but they do not sell anything for this. I am looking to connect a Henry cleaner to a SIP sander.

You could make a 65mm plug from a block of wood and drill a 35mm hole through it for the hose. Ajust sizes to suit a nice fit.

Use the top of a plastic drinks bottle and loads of duct tape.
