    well i like the idea of the box! i just think you could have perhaps thinned it down a bit? it does look heavy and cumbersome! i also think that someone with as much skill as what you say you have? could have done a slightly higher standard of work. no malice intended simon.

    golden rule. always check your blind spot. it does not matter about the other car, you would have hit him! if you know you have a blind spot? wait a while and indicate before you pull across.

    as per the regs anything above 1500 is fine. but i see it as good practice to use tuff glazing in all areas of the door. the low iron glass can help to with the centre pain u value.
