Wooden comb

I made a simple jig x make wooden comb. I wanted to do it with a piece of Hard Maple.
This wooden comb is practical and functional, massages the scalp, without tearing the hair. Being made of wood, it is not charged with static electricity and therefore does not electrify the hair and prevents it from breaking.

They look terrific! Couple of questions,

1. How thick is your saw kerf?

2. How is the grain of the wood orientated relative to the comb's teeth?

My saw is 2.2 mm thick. A diamond blade with 12 teeth in polycrystalline diamond. The PKD is 50 times harder than Tunsteno carbide.
The cuts are long vein, along the fibers and inserted into Coumaru and slotted through the fibers. So done and very stiff
