I have the chance to buy a EB HC260 Planer/Thicknesser in virtually new condition for £250. I currently just have a Rexon 6" bench top planer which has been fine so far. I was thinking of getting the Jet Bench top thicknesser to accompany it but this has thrown me into a qaundry.
Separates are obviously more convenient but I would end up with a better planer? Wouldn't I?

The bloke selling the item has sold quite a bit of stuff already through the local paper and seems to price his items very reasonably.
I've already bought a Dewalt 615 router for £60 and an EB PK200 Table Saw with stand and sliding table for £250. Both items in really good nick.

Many Thanks,

Cheers Mike.
Yes it's very tempting but if I go back I'll also be tempted to buy his Dewalt RAS and EB Dust extractor. Could be very bad for the wallet!

Hi tiler,
Not sure which model it is as I only briefly glanced at it.
Could be of SPA1100? He's looking for £120 for it.
