Table saw motor wiring

I now have my table saw motor back (after a fire) and i am looking for help on how to wire it up (i forgot to take pictures....)

From the motor there is a white and brown wire (assuming live?) and i have a three core wire with blue, yellow / green and brown. There were two twist on wire connector before....any idea how to put this back together?

I am assuming that the two lives (brown) get twisted together and white - blue get twisted together. I have seen that there is a place for earth, need to get a piece that can get screwed down on.
