When I was a kid and spending summer over in the south of Ireland, my dad and grand dad use to "go and see a man about a dog".......actually, Seamus who lived down the lane. Used to make this sort of thing professionally. Cider is kept at 12% until diluted for sale and I also launched a schnapps drink. During the development process, I would often have to go to the tech dept first thing to try the new samples. The day would fly by after 4 or 5 shots before 9 am.
