Sipa bandsaw?

Anyone know anything about this make/model bandsaw?
I think it's too big for me, although I'm on the lookout. The annoying thing is that it's really local(probably about half a mile away)!

When all you have is an 8' by 12' shed, then yes, there is such a thing as too big.

Bags of room, band saws don't take up that much floor space.

Hello John,

don't know about that brand but it looks like a compact machine for that depth of cut and throat. unless you are wanting to work on small projects only you might find smaller machines very limiting.

If you are into small scale work some of the three wheel bandsaws are very compact and light enough to pick up and store under the bench when not in use. I have a little, old discontinued model, Black and Decker to complement my bigger Startrite. It is low power and can only take small blades but still good for work within its capabilities.
