Hi
Making some shaker doors for kitchen cabinets - poplar frames with plwyood panels sitting in dados all round. For the larger cabinets I've used 70mm wide panels for the frames. I've got a smaller bi-fold door to make for a corner unit - 2 doors each 250mm wide. I think 70mm panels would be too big for this size door - at at least for the rails. What size would you guys go with? I'm thinking 50mm for the rails, 70mm for the stiles? Or should the rails and stiles always be the same size?
