Last weekend SWMBO picked me up a rusty wreck of a back saw for the princely sum of 50 pence (I'm still debating whether or not she was ripped off). The original handle nuts / screws are long gone, so the handle was held on by random pair of screws. Not to mention a curious heart shaped "washer". Can anyone suggest a replacement source of screws? Thanks.

Alas, I forgot to take any measurements before I left today.

Careless handling with one of these could have that result.

Definitely a situation demanding use of a holdfast, otherwise he'll need a new set of saw unsplit nuts.

He looks like he could be cutting for a while before he cuts anything important!
