Roger - you should be OK though. The drawings are to scale, and I've used an 1/8th" saw kerf which is normal. Just be careful in setting the blade tilt and height and make test cuts on a longish piece of scrap (e.g. 50-60cm), as this shows up if there are any variations along the length of the timber.
