I just get a multipack from my mechanic. It's a couple quid for a big box of 400 in all sizes, from tiny 2mm x 60mm ones for building PCs, right the way up to hoofin' great belt-size ones for holding your car together!

Be careful you don't get caught out when ordering. A couple of lots I ordered stated free P&P in the ad. but put P&P on when ordered - there are others that are free.

It's not. It's more complicated that that. on another forum I am on, it was discussed at some length, essentially, the WTO class China as an 'emerging market' and as such, it is they who subsidise the postage. In a nutshell, we are paying for it ourselves!
