Multico L3 planer

HI does anyone have a manual for the Multico L3 Planer Ive just bought? It has a tenoning jig with it.
Its in a bit of a state so Im going to over haul it.

Id also like to attach some sort of dust collection to the chute. Does anyone have a good fix or links for that I plan to attach a 100 mm hose.
