Hello,

I am considering of buying one of these machines, (see attachment)

Do you know under which brand and model this machine is sold in Europe/USA, if it is selling at all?

The bigger one in Australia is sold under HAFCO WOODMASTER SB-10H.

It seems like a good machine, and I got good offer for it. Any opinions for it?

Carl, thank you for the welcoming note and the respond.

I just saw that the one on the left is SIP 01332. (not the models of the thread you gave me).

That's a good information, thank you. I believe now I can look into the forums and found some threads where this machine is mentioned. If someone has it, I would appreciate useful opinion.

Yes, I was just reading that. It's easy now when you know the model :)

The right one seems to be branded as Xcalibur 804, but why so little information on the net on it? There must be something that I am missing?

They are one of the few companies it seems that don't advertise themselves heavily. There are a few Xcalibur users on here though. :)

I don't want to open another thread so I will use this one.
Do you know under which brand/model this jointer is (IF) sold in Europe, USA/Canada/Australia?

I got a good offer for it and I am considering to buy it.
The only thing that bothers me is the fence, very strange fence. But I just saw that this type of fences were used in old jointers, so maybe it's not so bad. The thing that bothers me is that the fence fixture is located at the beginning of the infeed table and does not seem stable to me. It seems like all fence is in the air. Maybe I am wrong.

I found a review on sawmillcreek forum of almost the same jointer under the name Harbor Freight 8" Jointer. Also found review on lumberjocks. Owners are satisfied.

Any help would be appreciated.
