Locked out of my account.

Hello

I cannot log onto my account as it’s not accepting my password. My old email address I used to join up a number of years ago has been closed down by Orange so I cannot get a password reset.

I cannot send a pm as I’m now a new user.

Can anyone help me get back on??

Is this the first time you have contacted anyone associated with UKW.

We need to know what your original member name was to check if it is still active and then sort out your account, you should be receiving an email for you to pass on the e-mail account you wish to use for your original account if it can be re-instated.

I had the same issue when the new site went live. My iPad was still logged in, so I had access, but I was locked out on both my phone and PC, it would not accept username password without errors. I also logged out of iPad, and was then scuppered (it was suggested logging out would clear it, it didn't).

Tried after another week and logs in now on all three devices. Strange.
