Evening guys,

I'm looking for butt hinges for a kitchen job. I can't seem to find any that are stainless steel, low profile (not chunky bearing type) and around 50-60mm long which would suit a 24mm door.

Any recommendations?

I used brass Simonswerk hinges - really nice. I'm sure their Stainless Steel ones are also good.

simple as above, they used to be worcester parsons but had a name change, there are no better 63mm x 35mm. come in chrome, satin chrome, brass, antique brass, pewter, Bronze and copper.
The price is astronomical, shop around. buy in bulk and you should get a decent place if you have accounts, but you won't buy better quality.

...but not stainless steel.

They do various nickel finishes (on brass) that might be a good alternative.

Cheers
