Hi all

Just to let you know that there is an article in the August issue of The Woodworker about preparing stock by hand.

I thought somebody might be interested. :wink:

It starts "remove the bulk of the waste with a No 5 jack plane set fairly aggressively and finish with the No 7 ret plane set to a fine shaving".
