I need something for site work. I've got a Trend vac but it takes up to much space in the car, and in peoples' kitchens. A dustbuster cordless doesn't have enough capacity (drilling 35mm hinge holes produces quite a lot of debris). I'd buy one of the new DeWalt vacs but the price of over £100 seem to me like taking the p***. What I really want is something like the old Hoover Dustette, which for those too young to have seen one, was a hand held, mains powered vac which had a decent sized bag at the back and the switch right there on the handle which meant one handed use.
Any ideas, anyone
I checked the Curry's website, BTW, nothing suitable there

John, There is a vac with tool attachments that might suit.
It has been talked about on the forum recently since someone bought one.
I bought one last year when it was £5 more than now.
Just under £35 at the moment.
