Concave fronted oak dresser.

Something a little different, a fairly new piece for the company I work for. This is about the 3rd one we have made. I have to say its not my favourite dresser we do but its interesting and a challenge!

All solid oak with walnut x-banding veneer. Hand cut dovetails and distressed.

Wow, that it is different. Not to my taste either but nonetheless very interesting. Is it to have a finish applied that will bring out the grain a bit more?

Very nice work. I actually do like the design. Probably go for a different finish though.

Thank you the kind words.

There is no finish on the piece yet. When done it will go though various processes of caustic, staining then sprayed with a base coat and then lacquer. It will end up like with a very rich antique oak colour.
