clipboard missing from XP/sp3?

I think I used to get the clipboard icon on my desktop by right clicking screen and getting the clipboard there.

Has this option now disappeared or is there another way to get this option please.

Apparently you are not the only one missing the clipboard viewer, see here

That article states the executable viewer file is in the system32 folder, although on my pc (also XP SP3), it is in C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386, so you might want to look in there or just do a search for 'clipbrd'

Thanks steve, I right clicked clipboard in System 32 and just requested a shortcut on my desktop.

Some years ago when I was into Train Simulation I had a clipboard that also listed multiple previous copies on a clipboard, not need these days by me but I suppose its around somewhere.

This thread shows the benefit of having a general chat on Ukworkshop forums.

devonwoody, try Presto Notes. It stays on top of the desktop and is very useful to store often used info.
