Should the blade be this close to the side of the table

Short answer is No, you can see how the blade is rubbing on the table in the last pic, must be some way of adjusting the table I would have thought.
 
Should the blade be this close to the side of the table
It's me again, just seen this post, further to the vibration issue this machine is misaligned. It needs the motor loosened from the base and the rear c bracket lossened and repositioned. Can you also post a picture of the saw from the front clearly showing the upper and lower arms for alignment.
Also when standing in front of the saw can the upper arm be wiggled left and right with any amount of float/play?
