Axminster Hobby Series AHDP13B Bench Pillar Drill

I'm currently kitting my garage to act as a little workshop...any thoughts on the suitability and reliability of the
Axminster Hobby Series AHDP13B Bench Pillar Drill....from a hobbyist point of view.

Not exactly the same, but probably a similar type, I've had this for about a decade and its been perfectly ok for various small drilling jobs..

Minor issues ...the table clamp isnt great but you can put blocks under it, the guard is a bit flimsy but it hasnt broken yet, the depth gauge is by no means precise but a bit of tape on the drill bit works.

Overall, its fine for occasional use ..but it obviously isnt a high grade, rock solid, precision instrument.
