Where would I be able to buy it?

Edit.. Ok it does seem like I can just use the health food rubbish or a lemon.. Was expecting to have to buy it in a solution.

Looks like the puppy... Will convert the Rust (iron oxide) to Iron Phosphate which will will actually protect the lower layers.. Also it won't eat the steel / iron at any meaningful rate.
 
Home brew shops sell bags of crystals. There have also been postings on here with reports of good results from using supermarket vinegar from their basics ranges. Phosphoric acid (as in coke) is also said to be good.
 
Very nice. Back into the state they would be in if well-used and properly looked after - as I'm sure they will be from now on!
