Where to get snug plugs in bulk?

Is there anywhere I can get the snug plug type plugs ready made, I need about 1500 for a teak deck. I got some samples from Robbins and they were too tapered for my liking. If not any tips on doing that many please?

Hi zak when a Shipwright cuts them he calls them dowel and when he has finished them he calls them a stick of dowels.
But this in its self is misleading a better descriptive name would be grain pellets,as you know if it was a dowel when trimmed off it would be showing end grain and this would be a no no on deck.
At 160 for a 1000 it would be a cold day in hell before I would order any of them. I`ve always carried a 3/8" and a1/2" plug cutter in my box they cut straight sides and a shamfer on the top to ease the fitting,1500 would take a couple of hours on a pillar drill. Billy.
