Tormek versus Viceroy sharpedge?

I'm considering buying something for sharpening chisels and plane blades. A new T8 Seems to be only a little more expensive than I can find a second hand sharpedge locally. Is one machine much superior to the other? The price difference isn't much and I'd go for whichever is the better machine. Thanks

I have one of the older green Tormeks, I don't use it much as I find it slow and messy.

For me there is no comparison as I much prefer a flat grind, I have had 2 Tormeks and sold them both.
The Sharpedge is bigger but if you have the room then I wouldn’t hesitate.
If you need any instructions let me know,
they aren’t much good but might help.
