Hah! Proof of recycling material - the very same content appears in book form, under the title "Woodwork Tools and how to use them", in the Woodworker series of handbooks. Not dated but the author is given as William Fairham who I think was the editor then.

The series of Woodworker Handbooks went through several editions. There had been some earlier ones before WW1 but the 20s versions are easier to find - here's the Worldcat entry for this one.

Charles Hayward revised most of them in the 40s or 50s.
There was a further revision with a larger format, more photos and even metric measurements, in the 70s.

An excellent series, well worth collecting.
