In my defense Roger it was windy !

It's living on borrowed time. I'd have no issue with leaving it be but its annoying the heck out of my Jack Russel. It seems to just sit on or near the fence annoying him. My Jacks pacing up and down the lawn all day turning it into a mud pit ! Hopefully it'll come back and i get a picture with the proper camera before having to send it 'the solution'
