Hi there!

I really want to buy a cabinet saw, but in Hungary there's no opurunity for this kind of saws.
So, I'm brought a Startrite table saw from the UK in February.

As I searching on eBay I found Startrite and looks to be the best choice for this deal.
I do not want's to pay so much for it, the goal was to buy nearly a trash one for overhaul.

Finally I found one TA145.

The saw was in terrrible condition.
Im not a big fan of bloging or else but I want to share the final result.
Durring the overhaul I did not made any photos, currently not 100% ready some parts has to be improved like fence.

That’s a really nice restoration, well done.

The handles that you’ve replaced, 4 straight and one star on the hand wheels, if you don’t want them may I buy them off you?

I wish you had blogged it, ive just picked one up in the same condition and i wont even get halfway to achieving the overhaul you have!

How do i remove the bed? It appears to have two pins between the bed and then cast brackets below. I dont know if they are just locators or what. Don't want to damage it taking it apart!
