I have about 150 three inch posts to spike  now the only tools are either a bandsaw prepping before going on site & by on site I mean a field or cutting them by handsaw on site.
I know which i prefer but was just wondering if there was a quick knock together jig or is it a case of setting the angle & if so what is it?

Prep before and make up a simple jig on the bandsaw. Four small cuts each post and you've got the spike, some offcuts for the stove and no blisters.
