Repaint with the same, but when its still wet, throw a few hadfuls of dry sand on it, to create some "grip". Alternatively, as odd as it sounds, I found we got an green algae on ours, and pressure washing it worked wonders to make it less greasy.

how i wish

i think that pressure washing the decking was the start of my problems

ill ring cuprinol today to find out what they say about it

Its most likely algae as Adam says and pressure washing is the way ahead. If its the grooved kind, its even more likely to have algae probs.

Cheers

Not pretty, but light gauge galvanized wire netting stapled to surface works from a HSE point of view.

Wot about vim and a scrubbing brush and a gentle rinse? I take it yours is got the grooved surface?
Pressuire washers are fast and seem easy but they will also tend to rip the top surface of the wood away making it raggy and so on which will tend to keep the wood wetter for longer. Perhaps use a weak water/bleach solution to deter more alga slime from growing?
Just a thought Jonathan :D
