My wife picked it up for me to use. The woman was delighted as she was clearing her dead father's bungalow and had only a small skip.

No, he was too infirm to do much.

may be they have just taken out this 40mm board and replaced it with new 6 inch to bring the u values up to scratch. of course a clever person may of added to the existing rater than replace.

No, it's only 25mm. I don't know what it would have been used for.
